This policy applies to paid purchases of CancelProof: the one-time Single Pack Export credit and the Pro annual plan. CancelProof's free features involve no payment and are not covered by this policy.
You are entitled to a full refund of a paid purchase if both of the following are true:
For a Single Pack Export credit, "used" means the credit has been consumed to export a Refund Pack PDF. For the Pro plan, "used" means you have exported at least one Refund Pack PDF using the Pro plan during the current period. Because the paid value of CancelProof is delivered the moment you export your evidence, we cannot offer a refund once that export has taken place.
The Pro plan renews automatically each year. You can cancel future renewals at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period so you keep access until then. A renewal charge is eligible for a refund under the same 14-day, unused conditions in Section 2, counted from the date of that renewal charge.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. We aim to process approved refunds within a few business days; how long the money takes to appear then depends on your bank or card issuer, typically up to 5–10 business days. Once a purchase is refunded, the associated license or credit is deactivated.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you, including, where applicable, the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Where such rights apply, they are in addition to the 14-day refund described above. If mandatory law gives you broader rights than this policy, those rights prevail.
