About CancelProof

CancelProof exists for one reason: too many people cancel a subscription and get charged anyway — then have nothing to prove they ever cancelled.

Cancelling should be simple, but the record of it usually isn't. Confirmation emails get lost, screens disappear, and when a wrongful charge shows up, it's your word against the merchant's. CancelProof fixes that by quietly documenting your cancellation as you do it — a timeline, the pages you saw, and screenshots — so you always have proof.

Private by design

CancelProof is local-first. Your subscriptions, screenshots, and records stay on your own device — they're never uploaded to our servers. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track your browsing. Sensitive fields like passwords and card numbers are automatically hidden before any screenshot is taken.

What it is — and isn't

CancelProof is a record-keeper. It never cancels anything for you, and it can't guarantee a refund. It gives you the evidence and the reminders; you stay in control of every step.
