Cancel ABCmouse in 5 steps

  1. Cancel where you subscribed: abcmouse.com on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
  2. Web: sign in → 'My Account' → 'Manage/Cancel Membership' → 'Cancel'.
  3. App store: open Subscriptions and select ABCmouse → 'Cancel'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — free trials convert automatically.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep ABCmouse until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Free trials convert to paid, so cancel before the trial ends. No refund for the current period is typical.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of on abcmouse.com.
