How to cancel Barry's

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Barry's — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Barry's bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Barry's in 5 steps

  1. Manage your membership in the Barry's app or account, or contact your home Barry's studio.
  2. For a recurring membership, open 'Membership' and select 'Cancel', or email member services.
  3. Give any required notice before your next billing date.
  4. Class packs (credits) are separate — note their expiry.
  5. Get confirmation of the cancellation and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

Barry's recurring memberships cancel with any required notice before the next billing date; class-credit packs are separate and simply expire. Keep the confirmation. No refund for a payment already taken.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Barry's bills you directly through your account/studio. If you bought class packs via the app store, manage those there.

Charged after cancelling Barry's?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Barry's — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Barry's charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Barry's keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Barry's.
Does cancelling Barry's delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Barry's's settings.
How do I know my Barry's cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Barry's and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
