Cancel BILL in 5 steps

  1. Sign in to BILL (bill.com) — an admin cancels.
  2. Open 'Settings' → 'Billing' / 'Subscription'.
  3. Select 'Cancel subscription' or contact BILL support.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date.
  5. Get written confirmation and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

You keep your BILL plan until the end of the current billing period, then it stops (or reverts to any free tier). Annual plans are prepaid, so cancelling turns off the next renewal — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

BILL is billed on its website. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead.
