Cancel Buffer in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at buffer.com from a web browser.
  2. Open 'Settings' / your account → 'Billing' / 'Plan'.
  3. Select 'Cancel plan' / downgrade to the Free plan.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — monthly and annual plans auto-renew.
  5. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep your Buffer plan until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the Free plan. Annual plans are prepaid; cancelling turns off the next renewal. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
