How to cancel Bumble
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Bumble — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Bumble in 5 steps
- Open the Bumble app or go to bumble.com and log in (use this method only if you paid by card, PayPal, or Apple Pay directly through Bumble).
- Tap or click your profile icon or profile picture.
- Open Subscription details, then Manage your subscription.
- Choose the option to Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation email from Bumble as proof that your subscription will not renew.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops the next renewal, but you can usually keep your Bumble Boost or Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. Note that if Apple or Google Play grants a refund, access may end immediately. Your Bumble account and matches stay intact after the paid features expire.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Most Bumble subscriptions are purchased in-app through the Apple App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled in those account settings, not in the Bumble app. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Bumble > Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play app and go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Bumble > Cancel Subscription. Deleting the Bumble app does not cancel your subscription.
Charged after cancelling Bumble?
