How to cancel Calendly
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Calendly — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Calendly in 5 steps
- Sign in at calendly.com from a web browser (the admin cancels).
- Open 'Account' → 'Billing' / 'Subscription'.
- Select 'Cancel subscription' / downgrade to the Free plan.
- Cancel before your renewal date — monthly and annual plans auto-renew.
- Confirm you receive a cancellation email.
What happens after you cancel
You keep the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the Free plan. Annual plans are prepaid; cancelling turns off the next renewal. Your scheduling links stay on the free tier's limits. Cancel before your renewal date.
