How to cancel Cleo
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Cleo — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Cleo in 5 steps
- Open the Cleo app and sign in (cancellation is done in-app or via app store).
- Message Cleo in-app: type 'cancel' to reach the cancellation flow, or go to 'Profile' → 'Manage Subscription'.
- If billed through the app store, cancel there: iPhone Settings → Subscriptions, or Play Store → Subscriptions.
- Cancel before your renewal date and confirm.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation.
What happens after you cancel
Cleo (Cleo Plus/Builder) is a monthly subscription. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current period. If you used a cash advance or credit builder, settle any balance first. Cancel before your renewal date.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section — deleting the app does not stop billing.
