How to cancel Cratejoy

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Cratejoy — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Cratejoy bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Cratejoy in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at cratejoy.com from a web browser.
  2. Open 'My Subscriptions' (each box you subscribed to is listed).
  3. Select the subscription → 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts.
  4. Cancel before each box's renewal / billing date.
  5. Confirm you receive a cancellation email and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

Cratejoy is a marketplace hosting many independent boxes — cancel each one in 'My Subscriptions'. Each box has its own renewal date and terms, so cancel before that date. A box already processed still ships. No refund for a box already billed.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Cratejoy bills you directly on its website for the boxes you subscribe to — there's no app-store subscription to manage.

Charged after cancelling Cratejoy?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Cratejoy — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Cratejoy charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Cratejoy keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Cratejoy.
Does cancelling Cratejoy delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Cratejoy's settings.
How do I know my Cratejoy cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Cratejoy and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
