How to cancel Crave
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Crave — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Crave in 5 steps
- Sign in at crave.ca from a web browser (cancel where you subscribed).
- Open 'Account' → 'Manage Subscription' / 'Subscription'.
- Select 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts.
- Cancel before your renewal date — Crave bills in advance and auto-renews.
- Confirm you receive a cancellation email.
What happens after you cancel
You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then Crave stops renewing. It generally doesn't refund the current period, so cancel before renewal. If Crave is on your Bell TV bill, manage it through Bell instead.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
If you subscribed to Crave through Bell, Rogers, the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku, cancel through that provider instead of on crave.ca.
