Cancel DocuSign in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at docusign.com from a web browser (the account admin cancels).
  2. Open 'Settings' → 'Plan and Billing'.
  3. Select 'Cancel Plan' / turn off auto-renew and follow the prompts.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — monthly and annual plans auto-renew.
  5. Get a cancellation confirmation and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Completed envelopes remain accessible per DocuSign's retention terms. Annual plans are prepaid; cancelling turns off the next renewal. Cancel before your renewal date.

DocuSign is billed on its website. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel there instead.

Does cancelling DocuSign delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in DocuSign's settings.
