How to cancel Drops
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Drops — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Drops in 5 steps
- Cancel where you subscribed: languagedrops.com on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
- Web: sign in → 'Account settings' → 'Subscription' → 'Cancel'.
- App store: open Subscriptions and select Drops → 'Cancel'.
- Cancel before your renewal date — free trials and prepaid terms convert/auto-renew.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel
You keep Drops until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Free trials convert to paid and prepaid terms auto-renew, so cancel before that date. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of on languagedrops.com.
Charged after cancelling Drops?
It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Drops — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.
