How to cancel Echelon

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Echelon — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Echelon bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Echelon in 5 steps

  1. Echelon's membership powers its connected bikes/rowers — contact Echelon member support to cancel.
  2. Sign in to your Echelon account or contact member support (cancellation is often support-based).
  3. Request cancellation; note any minimum commitment (Echelon memberships sometimes have a term).
  4. Confirm what happens to the equipment's features after membership ends.
  5. Get a cancellation confirmation and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

Echelon memberships sometimes carry a minimum commitment and are cancelled via member support. Cancelling reverts the equipment to limited features. Membership runs to the end of the paid period. Keep the confirmation.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel there. Memberships bought with the equipment are managed via Echelon support.

Charged after cancelling Echelon?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Echelon — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Echelon charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Echelon keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Echelon.
Does cancelling Echelon delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Echelon's settings.
How do I know my Echelon cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Echelon and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
