How to cancel EliteSingles

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling EliteSingles — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if EliteSingles bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel EliteSingles in 5 steps

  1. EliteSingles memberships auto-renew and must be cancelled in writing before the renewal date — check your membership terms.
  2. Sign in at elitesingles.com → 'Settings' / 'Membership'.
  3. Submit the cancellation in writing (in-app/contact form or email) so you have a dated record.
  4. Give the required notice before the renewal date — EliteSingles is known for auto-renewing prepaid terms.
  5. Get written confirmation and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

EliteSingles premium is a prepaid term (e.g. 3/6/12 months) that auto-renews and requires written cancellation before the renewal date to stop — a notice window applies. You keep access to the end of the paid term. Cancel in writing and keep proof.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead.

Charged after cancelling EliteSingles?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from EliteSingles — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will EliteSingles charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, EliteSingles keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling EliteSingles.
Does cancelling EliteSingles delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in EliteSingles's settings.
How do I know my EliteSingles cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from EliteSingles and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
