How to cancel Factor
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Factor — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Factor in 6 steps
- Sign in at factormeals.com from a web browser — cancellation is web-based, not in the app.
- Click your account name in the top-right → 'Account' → 'Plan settings'.
- Select 'Cancel Plan' — you may be offered to pause or skip weeks first.
- Cancel before your weekly cutoff — an order already confirmed will still ship and be charged.
- Decline any retention offers and confirm.
- Confirm you receive a cancellation email.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops future deliveries and charges, but an order past its weekly cutoff will still arrive and be billed. Factor is owned by HelloFresh and works the same way — you can skip or pause weeks instead of cancelling.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Factor bills you directly on its website. There's no app-store subscription to cancel.
