How to cancel Filmora

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Filmora — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Filmora bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Filmora in 5 steps

  1. Sign in to your Wondershare/Filmora account at filmora.wondershare.com.
  2. Open your account → 'Manage subscription' / go to the reg.123.com order-management portal.
  3. Turn off auto-renewal or select 'Cancel subscription'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — annual plans auto-renew.
  5. Get written confirmation and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

Filmora (Wondershare) annual plans auto-renew; turn off auto-renewal before your renewal date. A perpetual/one-time license doesn't renew. You keep access to the end of the paid term. Keep the confirmation.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Filmora is billed on its website. If you subscribed through an app store, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead.

Charged after cancelling Filmora?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Filmora — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Filmora charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Filmora keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Filmora.
Does cancelling Filmora delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Filmora's settings.
How do I know my Filmora cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Filmora and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
