How to cancel FitOn

Cancel FitOn in 5 steps

  1. Cancel where you subscribed: fitonapp.com on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
  2. Web: sign in → 'Account' / 'Settings' → 'Subscription' → 'Cancel'.
  3. App store: open Subscriptions and select FitOn → 'Cancel'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — free trials convert automatically.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep FitOn until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Free trials convert to paid, so cancel before the trial ends. Deleting the app does not cancel billing — cancel where you subscribed.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of on fitonapp.com.

Frequently asked questions

Will FitOn charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, FitOn keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling FitOn.
Does cancelling FitOn delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in FitOn's settings.
How do I know my FitOn cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from FitOn and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
