How to cancel Freepik

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Freepik — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Freepik bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Freepik in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at freepik.com from a web browser.
  2. Open 'My Account' → 'Subscription' / 'Manage plan'.
  3. Select 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — monthly and annual plans auto-renew.
  5. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep Freepik Premium until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free tier. Assets you downloaded under license stay usable per the license. Annual plans are prepaid; cancelling turns off the next renewal. Cancel before your renewal date.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Freepik is billed on its website — there's no app-store subscription to manage.

Charged after cancelling Freepik?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Freepik — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Freepik charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Freepik keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Freepik.
Does cancelling Freepik delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Freepik's settings.
How do I know my Freepik cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Freepik and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.

Cancelling something? Keep the proof.

CancelProof records your cancellation automatically — so if you're charged anyway, you're covered.
