How to cancel Glo
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Glo — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Glo in 5 steps
- Cancel where you subscribed: glo.com on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
- Web: sign in → 'Account' / 'Settings' → 'Subscription' → 'Cancel'.
- App store: open Subscriptions and select Glo → 'Cancel'.
- Cancel before your renewal date — free trials convert automatically.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel
You keep Glo until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Free trials convert to paid, so cancel before the trial ends. Deleting the app does not cancel billing — cancel where you subscribed.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of on glo.com.
Charged after cancelling Glo?
It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Glo — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.
