Cancel GoDaddy in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at godaddy.com and open 'My Products' → 'Subscriptions' / 'Renewals & Billing'.
  2. Find the product (domain, hosting, email, etc.) and select 'Cancel' / turn off auto-renew.
  3. For a domain, note that turning off auto-renew keeps it until it expires; cancelling hosting may take the site offline.
  4. Back up any website or email data first.
