How to cancel HelloFresh
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling HelloFresh — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel HelloFresh in 6 steps
- Sign in at hellofresh.com from a web browser — you cannot fully cancel from the mobile app, only pause or skip.
- Click your name in the top-right and choose 'Account Settings'.
- Scroll to 'Plan settings' and select 'Cancel Plan'.
- Decline the offers to pause or skip if you truly want to cancel.
- Cancel before the weekly cut-off — any box already confirmed will still ship and be charged.
- Confirm you receive a cancellation email.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops future boxes and charges, but a box already past its weekly cut-off will still be delivered and billed. If you might return, you can 'skip' weeks or 'pause' indefinitely instead of cancelling.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
HelloFresh bills you directly, so cancel on the HelloFresh website. The mobile app only lets you skip or pause — full cancellation is web-only.
