How to cancel Himalaya
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Himalaya — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Himalaya in 5 steps
- Cancel where you subscribed — most Himalaya subscriptions are billed through the app store.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → 'Subscriptions' → 'Himalaya' → 'Cancel'.
- Android: Play Store → 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → Himalaya → 'Cancel'.
- If you subscribed on the web, sign in and cancel in account settings.
- Cancel before your renewal date.
What happens after you cancel
You keep Himalaya until the end of the current billing period, then it stops renewing. Free trials convert to paid, so cancel before the trial ends. Deleting the app does not cancel billing — cancel where you subscribed.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Most Himalaya subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play — cancel in that store's Subscriptions section, not just by deleting the app.
Charged after cancelling Himalaya?
