Cancel iHeartRadio All Access in 5 steps

  1. Cancel where you subscribed: iheart.com on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
  2. Web: sign in → 'Account' / 'Subscription' → 'Cancel Subscription'.
  3. App store: open Subscriptions and select iHeartRadio All Access → 'Cancel'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — trials convert automatically.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep All Access (or Plus) until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free iHeartRadio. Free trials convert to paid, so cancel before the trial ends. No refund for the current period.

Frequently asked questions

Will iHeartRadio All Access charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, iHeartRadio All Access keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling iHeartRadio All Access.
Does cancelling iHeartRadio All Access delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in iHeartRadio All Access's settings.
How do I know my iHeartRadio All Access cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from iHeartRadio All Access and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
