How to cancel Ipsy
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Ipsy — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Ipsy in 6 steps
- Sign in at ipsy.com from a web browser (cancellation is web-based).
- Go to 'Account' → 'Membership' / 'Subscription'.
- Select 'Cancel membership' and follow the prompts (decline retention offers).
- Cancel before the monthly cutoff (typically before the 1st of the month) to avoid the next bag.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- Keep the confirmation email.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling stops future Glam Bags. You must cancel before the monthly billing cutoff (usually the start of the month) or you'll be charged for the next bag. Annual plans (e.g. Glam Bag X yearly) may be committed for the term. No refund for a bag already billed.
