How to cancel Jasper

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Jasper — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Jasper bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Jasper in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at jasper.ai from a web browser.
  2. Open 'Settings' → 'Billing' / 'Plan'.
  3. Select 'Cancel subscription' and follow the prompts (decline retention offers).
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — free trials convert automatically.
  5. Get a cancellation confirmation and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

You keep Jasper until the end of the current billing period, then it stops. Free trials convert to paid, so cancel before the trial ends. Annual plans are prepaid; cancelling turns off the next renewal. Cancel before your renewal date.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Jasper is billed on its website — there's no app-store subscription to manage.

Charged after cancelling Jasper?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Jasper — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Jasper charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Jasper keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Jasper.
Does cancelling Jasper delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Jasper's settings.
How do I know my Jasper cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Jasper and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.

Cancelling something? Keep the proof.

CancelProof records your cancellation automatically — so if you're charged anyway, you're covered.
