How to cancel KiwiCo

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling KiwiCo — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if KiwiCo bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel KiwiCo in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at kiwico.com from a web browser.
  2. Open 'My Account' → 'Manage Subscriptions'.
  3. Select the child's line/crate → 'Cancel subscription'.
  4. For a prepaid plan, note it runs its term; month-to-month cancels before the next renewal.
  5. Confirm you receive a cancellation email and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling stops future crates. Month-to-month plans cancel before the next renewal; prepaid 3/6/12-month plans run their term. A crate already processed still ships. No refund for a crate already billed.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

KiwiCo bills you directly on its website — there's no app-store subscription to manage.

Charged after cancelling KiwiCo?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from KiwiCo — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will KiwiCo charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, KiwiCo keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling KiwiCo.
Does cancelling KiwiCo delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in KiwiCo's settings.
How do I know my KiwiCo cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from KiwiCo and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
