Cancel Mailgun in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at app.mailgun.com (an admin cancels).
  2. Open 'Account' → 'Billing' / 'Plan'.
  3. Select 'Cancel plan' / downgrade and follow the prompts.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — paid plans bill monthly.
  5. Keep the confirmation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep your Mailgun plan until the end of the current billing period, then it reverts to any free tier. Annual plans are prepaid; cancelling turns off the next renewal. Cancel before your renewal date, and export/download anything you need first.

Mailgun is billed on its website. If you subscribed through a reseller or app store, cancel there instead.
