How to cancel Mindvalley

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Mindvalley — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Mindvalley bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Mindvalley in 5 steps

  1. Cancel where you subscribed: mindvalley.com on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
  2. Web: sign in → 'Account settings' → 'Subscription' → 'Cancel'.
  3. App store: open Subscriptions and select Mindvalley → 'Cancel'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — free trials and prepaid terms convert/auto-renew.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep Mindvalley until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Free trials convert to paid and prepaid terms auto-renew, so cancel before that date. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of on mindvalley.com.

Charged after cancelling Mindvalley?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Mindvalley — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Mindvalley charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Mindvalley keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Mindvalley.
Does cancelling Mindvalley delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Mindvalley's settings.
How do I know my Mindvalley cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Mindvalley and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
