How to cancel Noggin

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Noggin — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Noggin bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Noggin in 5 steps

  1. Cancel where you subscribed — most Noggin subscriptions are billed through the app store.
  2. iPhone: Settings → your name → 'Subscriptions' → 'Noggin' → 'Cancel Subscription'.
  3. Android: Play Store → profile → 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → Noggin → 'Cancel'.
  4. If you subscribed on the web or via Amazon, cancel through that provider.
  5. Cancel before your renewal date — free trials convert automatically.

What happens after you cancel

You keep Noggin (Nick Jr.) until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Free trials convert to paid, so cancel before the trial ends. Deleting the app does not cancel billing — cancel where you subscribed.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Most Noggin subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon — cancel in that provider's subscription settings.

Charged after cancelling Noggin?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Noggin — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Noggin charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Noggin keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Noggin.
Does cancelling Noggin delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Noggin's settings.
How do I know my Noggin cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Noggin and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
