How to cancel NordPass

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling NordPass — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if NordPass bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel NordPass in 5 steps

  1. Sign in to your Nord Account at nordaccount.com.
  2. Open 'Billing' / 'Subscriptions' and find NordPass.
  3. Turn off auto-renewal or select 'Cancel subscription'.
  4. If within 30 days of purchase, request a refund via live chat.
  5. Cancel before your renewal date and keep the confirmation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep NordPass Premium until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free tier. NordPass has a 30-day money-back guarantee — request a refund within the window. Cancel before your renewal date.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you bought NordPass through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel there; the refund is then handled by Apple/Google.

Charged after cancelling NordPass?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from NordPass — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will NordPass charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, NordPass keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling NordPass.
Does cancelling NordPass delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in NordPass's settings.
How do I know my NordPass cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from NordPass and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.

Cancelling something? Keep the proof.

CancelProof records your cancellation automatically — so if you're charged anyway, you're covered.
