Cancel NOW in 6 steps

  1. Sign in at nowtv.com from a web browser.
  2. Go to 'My Account' → 'Memberships & passes'.
  3. Select the membership you want to end (Entertainment, Cinema, Sports…) and choose 'Cancel membership'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — NOW memberships auto-renew monthly.
  5. Decline any offers to pause or discount.
  6. Confirm you receive a cancellation email.

What happens after you cancel

NOW memberships are rolling monthly with no contract. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current month. Sports passes and boost add-ons are cancelled separately. No refund for the current period.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you subscribed to NOW through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or your TV/console store, cancel through that provider instead of nowtv.com.

Will NOW charge me after I cancel?

Does cancelling NOW delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in NOW's settings.
