How to cancel Paramount+
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Paramount+ — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Paramount+ in 5 steps
- Open paramountplus.com in a web browser and sign in to your account.
- Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account.
- Scroll to the Subscription & Billing section and click Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm by clicking Yes, Cancel.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation email as proof that your subscription was ended.
What happens after you cancel
You'll keep full access to Paramount+ until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription ends and you won't be charged again. Paramount+ does not offer partial refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle, and if you're on a multi-month promotional offer your access still ends at the close of the current billing period.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Important: If you signed up for Paramount+ through a third party such as Apple/iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or a bundle or partner (like a cable or mobile provider), the Cancel Subscription button won't work on the Paramount+ website. You must cancel through that platform's own subscription settings, for example your Apple subscriptions, Google Play account, Amazon Memberships & Subscriptions, or Roku account.
Charged after cancelling Paramount+?
It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Paramount+ — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.
