How to cancel pCloud
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling pCloud — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel pCloud in 5 steps
- Sign in at my.pcloud.com from a web browser.
- Open 'Settings' → 'Subscriptions' / 'Billing'.
- Turn off auto-renewal or select 'Cancel subscription'.
- For a Lifetime plan, note it doesn't renew and needs no cancellation.
- Cancel before your renewal date and keep the confirmation.
What happens after you cancel
You keep your paid pCloud plan until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free tier. A Lifetime plan never renews. pCloud offers a refund within a limited window on new purchases. Cancel before your renewal date.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of at my.pcloud.com.
Charged after cancelling pCloud?
It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from pCloud — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.
