How to cancel Peacock
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Peacock — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Peacock in 5 steps
- Open peacocktv.com in a web browser and sign in to your Peacock account.
- Click your Profile icon and select Account.
- Go to Plans & Payment (or Change or Cancel Plan).
- Click Cancel Plan and follow the confirmation prompts to finish.
- Save the cancellation confirmation email as proof that your plan was cancelled.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling doesn't end your service immediately: you'll keep full access to your Premium or Premium Plus benefits until your next billing date, at which point your account downgrades to the free tier (where available). Peacock does not issue partial refunds, and you can restart your subscription anytime before the billing date using the Restart Subscription button on your Account page.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Important: If you subscribed through a third party such as Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, or a partner like Comcast/Xfinity or Instacart+, you can't cancel on the Peacock website. You must cancel through that provider's subscription settings, and promotional Peacock subscriptions that came with an internet, TV, or phone plan must be cancelled by contacting that company directly.
Charged after cancelling Peacock?
It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Peacock — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.
