Cancel Peloton App Membership in 6 steps

  1. Sign in to your account at onepeloton.com from a web browser (App memberships are easiest to cancel on the website).
  2. Click your profile picture in the top corner and select Membership (or Memberships).
  3. Click Manage next to your Peloton App Membership.
  4. Select Cancel Membership.
  5. Follow the prompts, decline any pause/retention offers, and confirm the cancellation.
  6. Save the confirmation screen and the cancellation email from Peloton as proof.

What happens after you cancel

Your Peloton App Membership stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep access to live and on-demand classes until that date - Peloton does not charge a cancellation fee and does not prorate the final period. Once the period ends the membership will not renew and your access to live and on-demand content stops. Most content requires an active membership to stream.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you started your Peloton App Membership inside a mobile app, Peloton cannot cancel it from its own website. Subscriptions billed through Apple (iTunes/App Store) must be cancelled under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, and subscriptions billed through Google Play must be cancelled in the Play Store under Subscriptions. The same applies to memberships bundled through a partner or carrier - cancel through whichever platform actually charges you, or the billing will continue even after you 'cancel' on Peloton's site.

Charged after cancelling Peloton App Membership?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Peloton App Membership — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Peloton App Membership charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Peloton App Membership keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Peloton App Membership.
Does cancelling Peloton App Membership delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Peloton App Membership's settings.
How do I know my Peloton App Membership cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Peloton App Membership and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
