Cancel Perplexity Pro in 5 steps

  1. Cancel where you subscribed: perplexity.ai on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
  2. Web: sign in → 'Settings' → 'Account' / 'Subscription' → 'Manage' → 'Cancel Subscription'.
  3. App store: open Subscriptions and select Perplexity → 'Cancel'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — monthly and annual plans auto-renew.
  5. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep Perplexity Pro until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free tier. Annual plans are prepaid; cancelling turns off the next renewal. Cancel before your renewal date. No refund for the current period is typical.
