Cancel Plex Pass in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at plex.tv/account from a web browser.
  2. Open 'Subscriptions' / 'Manage Subscription'.
  3. Turn off auto-renew or select 'Cancel Subscription'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — monthly and annual Plex Pass plans auto-renew.
  5. Confirm the plan shows as not renewing.

What happens after you cancel

You keep Plex Pass features until the end of the current billing period, then they stop. A lifetime Plex Pass never renews and needs no cancellation. No refund for the current period is typical.

If you bought Plex Pass through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of at plex.tv.
