Cancel Preply in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at preply.com from a web browser.
  2. Open 'Settings' → 'Subscription' / 'Payments'.
  3. Preply bills a recurring lesson package — select 'Cancel subscription' to stop future renewals.
  4. Use your remaining lesson hours before they expire.
  5. Confirm the cancellation and keep it.

Will Preply charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Preply keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Preply.
Does cancelling Preply delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Preply's settings.
How do I know my Preply cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Preply and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
