How to cancel Prodigy
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Prodigy — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Prodigy in 5 steps
- Cancel where you subscribed: prodigygame.com on the web, or your app store if you signed up in the app.
- Web: sign in as the parent → 'Account' / 'Membership' → 'Cancel Membership'.
- App store: open Subscriptions and select Prodigy → 'Cancel'.
- Cancel before your renewal date — memberships auto-renew.
- Confirm the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel
You keep the Prodigy paid membership benefits until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free game (which is still fully playable). Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. No refund for the current period is typical.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of on prodigygame.com.
