How to cancel Qobuz

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Qobuz — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Qobuz bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Qobuz in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at qobuz.com from a web browser (cancel where you subscribed).
  2. Open your account → 'Subscription' / 'My account'.
  3. Turn off auto-renewal or select 'Cancel subscription'.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — annual and monthly plans auto-renew.
  5. Confirm you receive a cancellation email.

What happens after you cancel

You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Qobuz plans auto-renew, so cancel before your renewal date. Purchased downloads stay yours. No refund for the current period is typical.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions section instead of on qobuz.com.

Charged after cancelling Qobuz?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Qobuz — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Qobuz charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Qobuz keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Qobuz.
Does cancelling Qobuz delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Qobuz's settings.
How do I know my Qobuz cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Qobuz and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
