Cancel Ring Protect in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at account.ring.com from a web browser (or the Ring app → Menu → 'Subscriptions').
  2. Open 'Subscriptions' and select your Ring Protect plan.
  3. Choose 'Cancel Plan' / turn off auto-renew.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.
  5. Keep the confirmation email.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling stops future charges; you keep the plan's features (like video history) until the end of the current period, then lose them. Your devices still do live view and real-time alerts without a plan, but recorded video history requires a subscription. Ring prorates annual refunds in some cases.
