Cancel Shutterstock in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at shutterstock.com from a web browser.
  2. Open 'Account settings' → 'Subscriptions' / 'Billing'.
  3. Turn off auto-renewal or select 'Cancel plan'.
  4. Use any remaining downloads before the period ends — they don't roll over after cancellation.
  5. Cancel before your renewal date and keep the confirmation.

What happens after you cancel

You keep your Shutterstock plan's downloads until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Unused downloads generally don't carry over. Licenses for images you already downloaded stay valid. Cancel before your renewal date.
