How to cancel Stitch Fix
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Stitch Fix — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Stitch Fix in 6 steps
- Sign in at stitchfix.com from a web browser.
- Go to your account → 'Manage Automatic Fixes' / 'Fix Settings'.
- Turn off automatic/scheduled Fixes so no new shipments are sent.
- To fully close the account, open 'Account Settings' and select the close/deactivate option, or contact support.
- Skip any Fix already scheduled if you don't want it — a scheduled Fix incurs a styling fee.
- Confirm you receive a cancellation/closure confirmation.
What happens after you cancel
Stitch Fix isn't a fixed subscription — it sends Fixes on a schedule you set, each with a styling fee credited toward purchases. Turn off automatic Fixes to stop shipments, and close your account to fully cancel. A Fix already scheduled or shipped still incurs its styling fee.
