How to cancel Sweat
A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Sweat — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.
Cancel Sweat in 5 steps
- Cancel where you subscribed — most Sweat subscriptions are billed through the app store.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → 'Subscriptions' → 'Sweat' → 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Android: Play Store → profile → 'Payments & subscriptions' → 'Subscriptions' → Sweat → 'Cancel'.
- If you subscribed on sweat.com, sign in there → 'Account' → 'Manage Subscription'.
- Cancel before your renewal date — free trials convert automatically.
What happens after you cancel
You keep Sweat until the end of the current billing period, then it won't renew. Free trials convert to paid, so cancel before the trial ends. Deleting the app does not cancel billing — cancel where you subscribed.
Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?
Most Sweat subscriptions are billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play — cancel in that store's Subscriptions section, not just by deleting the app.
Charged after cancelling Sweat?
