Cancel Talkspace in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at talkspace.com from a web browser (or the app).
  2. Open 'Account' / 'My Account' → 'Manage plan' / 'Subscription'.
  3. Select 'Cancel plan' and follow the prompts, or contact support to cancel.
  4. If your plan is covered by insurance or an employer (EAP), check how that affects cancellation.
  5. Cancel before your renewal date and keep the confirmation.

What happens after you cancel
