How to cancel Thistle

A quick, up-to-date guide to cancelling Thistle — and keeping proof that you did, in case you're charged anyway.

Before you click cancel: the moment you cancel is exactly when proof matters. CancelProof records your cancellation — the pages, the clicks, the confirmation — so if Thistle bills you after you cancel, you have a refund pack ready. Add to Chrome — Free

Cancel Thistle in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at thistle.co from a web browser.
  2. Open 'My Account' → 'Plan' / 'Manage subscription'.
  3. Select 'Cancel' / 'Pause' and follow the prompts.
  4. Cancel before your weekly cut-off — orders lock in a few days before delivery.
  5. Confirm you receive a cancellation email and keep it.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling stops future deliveries. You must cancel before your weekly cut-off, or the next order is locked in and charged. Thistle also lets you pause or skip. No refund for an order already processed.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

Thistle bills you directly on its website — there's no app-store subscription to manage.

Charged after cancelling Thistle?

It happens more than it should. If a charge lands after you cancelled, here's how to get your money back from Thistle — and why documented proof is what makes the difference.

Frequently asked questions

Will Thistle charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, Thistle keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling Thistle.
Does cancelling Thistle delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in Thistle's settings.
How do I know my Thistle cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from Thistle and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.

Cancelling something? Keep the proof.

CancelProof records your cancellation automatically — so if you're charged anyway, you're covered.
