Cancel Trupanion in 5 steps

  1. Sign in to your Trupanion member/policy account online, or call their customer service.
  2. Open 'My Policy' / 'Billing' and request cancellation of the pet policy.
  3. You can cancel a pet insurance policy at any time; ask about a prorated refund of any unused prepaid premium.
