How to cancel TSN+

Cancel TSN+ in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at tsn.ca / stream.tsn.ca from a web browser (cancel where you subscribed).
  2. Open 'Account' → 'Manage Subscription' / 'Subscription'.
  3. Select 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts.
  4. Cancel before your renewal date — TSN+ auto-renews (monthly or annually).
  5. Confirm you receive a cancellation email.

What happens after you cancel

You keep access until the end of the current billing period, then it stops renewing. TSN+ (the direct streaming subscription) generally doesn't refund the current period, so cancel before renewal. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year.

Subscribed through Apple, Google, or another provider?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, or a TV provider (Bell/others), cancel through that provider instead of on tsn.ca. TSN via a Bell TV package is managed through Bell.

Frequently asked questions

Will TSN+ charge me after I cancel?
It shouldn't. After you cancel, TSN+ keeps your access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops billing. If a charge still appears, see our guide on being charged after cancelling TSN+.
Does cancelling TSN+ delete my account?
No. Cancelling stops future billing but usually keeps your account so you can return later. Deleting your account is a separate action in TSN+'s settings.
How do I know my TSN+ cancellation worked?
Look for a cancellation confirmation email from TSN+ and check that your account shows the plan ending. Keeping that confirmation — an email or a screenshot — is your proof if there's ever a dispute.
