Cancel Twilio in 5 steps

  1. Sign in at twilio.com/console.
  2. Release any phone numbers and disable services you no longer need (billing is usage-based).
  3. Remove auto-recharge under 'Billing' so your balance isn't topped up.
  4. To close the account, use 'Account' → 'General settings' → 'Close account'.
  5. Keep the final invoice/confirmation.
